The nature of work is undergoing a profound transformation shaped by artificial intelligence, demographic shifts, global disruptions, and evolving expectations of the employer–employee relationship. This panel brings together leaders from industry, policy, academia, technology, and workforce development to explore what the future of work will truly look like—and what organizations must do today to prepare.

Moving beyond prediction and backed by sound research, panelists will examine how automation and AI will redefine roles rather than simply replace them, elevating the importance of uniquely human skills such as creativity, judgment, empathy, and ethical decision‑making.
