About me
Parham Eftekhari is a builder of communities, companies, and relationships. Guided by four core values – humility, empathy, resilience, and kindness – he has spent two decades working at the intersection of critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, emerging technology, and national security. He currently serves as an EVP at CyberRisk Alliance (CRA) where he leads a portfolio of brands offering professional development, technology education, decision support, and cybersecurity services to 40,000+ professionals. Parham is also the Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), a non-partisan think tank he founded in 2014 to advance the modernization, security, and resilience of critical infrastructure. Beyond his executive leadership, he advises investors and organizations, serves as a visiting mentor at Harvard Business School, and contributes to public dialogue through media and speaking engagements across the country. His recognitions include being named the Cyber Guild Champion (2025), a special commendation from the Ranking Member of the House Subcommittee on Cybersecurity (2024), and the (ISC)² Government Information Security Leadership Award (2018).
