About me
Clinton Anderson joined the U.S. Navy in 2000 as an Electrician’s Mate, serving as a nuclear electrician aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis. After eight years of active duty and three deployments, he transitioned to the Navy Reserve, serving in leadership roles throughout California and Japan.On the civilian side, Clint is a scientist and software developer at NIWC Pacific. His work spans human–computer interaction, mixed reality, and simulation-based systems across universities and research labs. He previously served as Design Lead for a VR game startup, shipping titles on Steam and PlayStation, and has focused extensively on education and training through internships at NASA JPL, ARL West, and the DoD Training Systems Division, as well as teaching in Japan.He holds an MAS in Data Science (UC San Diego), MS degrees in Cybersecurity (NPS) and Game Development (USC), and a BA in Computer Science (UC Berkeley).
