Andreas Hirschmann is a Project Manager and software developer at NIWC Pacific for the educational game, WARDEN, where he develops code, creates training materials, and manages project communications. Concurrently, he serves as a training coordinator for NIWC’s cyber forensics workforce development team, advancing critical skills within the community.He brings over a decade of experience as a Project Manager for unmanned underwater vehicles, overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams and program execution. His background also includes roles as a Lead Systems Engineer and as a software engineer focused on data fusion and mobile application development.Prior to his government service, Andreas founded a web development company and worked as a software engineer at Qualcomm. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture-based Enterprise Systems Engineering from UC San Diego and a B.S. in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
